Fantastic property and management!
From the time we arrived until the time we checked out, there was constant communication with Mary. She is the BEST property manager we’ve ever had! This home and the carriage house accommodated all of us ~ spacious and y’all…the pool was heaven! The neighborhood is fantastic ~ we went everywhere by golf cart. It’s the first time we have ever stayed somewhere that had lifeguards at the beach. They hawked that water like crazy and jumped down, float in hand blowing the whistle on more than one occasion! Also, they have the “ice cream man” that comes along the beach. They do Venmo for ice cream and popsicle snacks! The proximity to the beach is good, just a couple of blocks. My 22yo walked it one day. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella for the week from La Dolce Vita. They offer a big umbrella with five chairs…we just added a couple extra chairs. Every summer, we rent a golf cart. To us, it is invaluable. Every incredible restaurant is on the beach highway, so no need to even take out your car! I would suggest doing an online grocery order (Publix is one block away) before arriving. We have added that to our “musts” for next summer! I just cannot say enough fabulous things about Beachy Keen and their management. For reference, we had seven adults, a 3yo., a miniature dachshund and a teacup yorkie. Also if you cook in (we love doing that a few times), the kitchen is well appointed with every pot and pan you’ll need, as well as a strainer if you do a shrimp boil one night!
