The villa is perfect for families and groups of up to 4 people. It has an excellent location, two blocks away from the beach on the left surf break.

The area where it is located is a quiet area with houses, some nearby hotels, small cafes and some grocery stores. Downtown is just a 7 minute walk.

The villa is distributed in 3 floors.
On the first floor the kitchen, dinning room and living room are located.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms. The main bedroom with a full bathroom and a king size bed.
The second bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor there is also the second full bathroom.
On the third floor is the pool and the terrace. The measurement of the pool is 3.5x3.5 meters and is 75 cm deep.

The villa has TV, AC, WIFI, towels, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, one longboard and two bicycles.

The Villa is ideal for small groups seeking privacy with all the amenities of a small home.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Alejandra. The location to the town and the beach was perfect. The amenities worked out well for us, we didn't cook much but everything we needed was provided for us such as purified water and excellent housekeeping. There was plenty of hot water for showers and we loved having the bikes and beach supplies. We spent a lot of our time on the lovely rooftop patio. A few extra cushions would be a wonderful addition to sit comfortably on the built in couch. One thing we would mention to other renters is the rooftop area is visually private but you can hear guests quite clearly fromthe shared space. It was a really wonderful stay and an added bonus was the lunar eclipse! Beautiful!

Exactly what we were expecting!

Had an amazing stay loved the North end of Sayulita - the place was awesome - kids were in pool every day to cool off, AC worked great! Would stay here again! Great for a family of 4!

Awesome place to stay!

We had the best time here. The location is fantastic. Our flight home was canceled and they were so kind to let us stay a few more nights. The little rooftop pool was so fun as well, my toddler had the best time swimming in it. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and i have been to Sayulita more than a handful of times and this has been the best location so far. Close to everything and no hills!!!

Good but communication lacking

There was some miscommunication about our stay even though I paid and got a confirmation months ahead of time. Luckily, it all worked out. The villa was clean, grounds were beautiful and the location is great. We didn’t get any contact information until a couple days after we had been there even after contacting the owner. Nothing back from her or anyone. Finally got contact info from another guest staying at the villas. All in all it was a good stay.

Just as advertised

The house was wonderful and the photos accurate. Easy to communicate and gain entry when we arrived. Beds were comfy and water available always. We experiences a bit of septic smell, but this seemed to be more of a city problem then a house issue. Overall a great place.

Everything you need

Place was great for two couples, especially the multi floor layout and the rooftop pool. Starting from the entrance, it’s well air conditioned. It came equipped with all the appliances we needed for breakfast and even some dinners. There were some extras provided like oil, but we needed to buy salt and extra things in the end. Wifi was alright, likely not for remote work though as even YouTube was slow at times. The bedrooms were very sizeable although the pillows weren’t amazing. We asked for another blanket as well since the air conditioner is really good! Had a slight issue with the hot water in the shower but was resolved in a couple days with Sabrina’s help. Two bathrooms upstairs, one on-suite with a full wall & door. Rooftop was simply awesome and the pool was nice and refreshing. Loungers and full sun can have you tanning all day if you’d like. They clean it every two days. Overall we liked the location being quieter, and having been to Sayulita many times, we liked the new hidden gems of the north side. The beach is super close if you want to be away from the crowd; but you’ll still need to walk 15 mins for the surf. Thank you!!
