Villa Mar Azul is a contemporary two-level super beachfront villa with seven elegant bedrooms, seven luxurious bathrooms, one half bathroom, a magnificent private pool, and its own private access to Medano Beach. The villa's master bedroom is on the first level and has a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a terrace with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. On the same level, there is a second master bedroom with a king size bed, an ample bathroom with a walk-in closet, and its own terrace overlooking the ocean.

There are two guest rooms on the residence's first level. One of them has two individual beds, while the other includes one double bed. Both rooms have their own luxurious bathrooms.

On Villa Mar Azul's ground level, there is a spacious outdoor area featuring a magnificent infinity pool and a jacuzzi that merge with the Sea of Cortez. There are lounging areas for sunbathing and al fresco margaritas, a state-of-the-art BBQ, and a dining table for ocean breeze-suffused meals.
The ground level also includes a comfortable living room adjacent to a dining area for eight and a fully-stocked kitchen. The living area is connected to the pool area by means of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, resulting in a single airy, ample space. The ground level also houses Villa Mar Azul's sixth and seventh bedrooms, both elegantly furnished and complete with luxurious private bathrooms. While the first of these bedrooms has a king size bed, the second one features two individual beds. In addition to its multiple terraces and outdoor living areas, Villa Mar Azul includes a secluded patio with a fireplace.
