Right off the living room is a spacious and bright kitchen with sparkling granite countertops, a large gas stove, fresh white cabinets, and a double kitchen sink. Enjoy a cup of our signature locally roasted coffee at the dining room table that has a view of the big front yard.

The main floor features two bedrooms, one King and one Queen, with stylish decor, elegant side tables and mounted TVs. The main level bathroom is patterned with fun tile, decorative prints, and a full tub featuring Minnestay-provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Walk upstairs to discover a secret entertainment room packed with board games, a large-screen TV, and a ping-pong table! Sit in one of the many bean bag chairs or cozy up on the couch to catch a movie.

The lower level features a laundry room with a high-end washer and dryer, as well as two additional queen-sized bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Both rooms feature large closets, mounted TVs, beautiful artwork, and gold-accented decorations.

• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
