Overall pleasantly surprised
Wonderful, clean, two-room apartment with a queen bed and en suite bathroom for first room, as well as two twin beds plus en suite bathroom for the second room. Both rooms have large walk in closets. Plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen with Keurig, and regular coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, measuring cups, baking pans, mixing bowls blender, glassware, plates, bowls, mugs, Tupperware, knives , teapot, etc.
Beds are comfortable, a/c works great plus there are ceiling fans so everyone can be comfortable.
Huge patio, screened in with a couple tables, plenty of outdoor seating. The property has nice landscaping so the view is not bad even looking onto the parking lot.
Smart TV in every room you can log into with your streaming account or watch Roku live tv. Writing desk in the room with the queen bed, along with writing utensils and notepads to make your daily list!
Convenient for us as our family lives in nearby Windermere neighborhood. Within walking distance of the Publix, CVS, and lots of other retail.
Check in was a little different for us, first time using the Latch App, so a little bit of a learning curve with that. Also, the directions to get to the unit once inside the gate were a little hard to follow, but we did find it using the unit number.
Parking is not exactly close, but not too far from the unit and the community is gated to provide security.
The pool area is really beautiful and right on a lake with a fountain. The unit is very close to the pool which would have been fantastic, but the pool pump was broken and the pool closed during our visit. (Would have dinged on review for this, but the property owner was quick to respond and provide a partial refund for the day.)
There is a nice, small gym on property with treadmill, elliptical, bike, free weights, bench w/ resistance, TV, etc.
Lynda (our property manager) was very helpful to respond in a timely manner. She truly wanted to make sure our visit was as fun and seamless as could be. Giving the highest marks because of her excellent customer service.
