This condo is adequate but there are few extras. It has the basics. Check in process is very confusing. Location is great.

Graduation week

Perfect for what we needed. Close to GCU for early morning graduation ceremony. 2 full baths. Wifi went off several times, but simply had to reboot the system.

The property was accurately listed but check in was very confusing.

First, it was a lovely unit .and I would stay again. The issues were, The unit no. was not provided.. The passcode to enter did not work. There was a fob, but it was not communicated that it was for gate entry (it stated for garage). The gates were very temperamental. It states you have access to the pools but there was no key or code to get into the pool area. Overall it was very nice and clean. Emails were answered almost immediately. It would be preferred in the future there were more detailed information, ie fob for gate, how to get into pool area, and you have to use door keypad to enter and exit the unit (to lock). There were communication glitches but I would definitely stay there again.

Inaccurate Deceiving

This condo/apartment. Is the perfect example of social media. The pictures are super pretty. The description is accurate except it leaves the important information out. This unit is very very difficult to access. Three flights of stairs elevator access very far away from unit. Gate access in an out of complex half of the time did not work. No parking. The Unit at self had worse than IKEA furniture. Very cheap uncomfortable. Nice looking but just staging furniture. The host was a lovely man who is very accommodating, but that does not make up for the waste of money that I spent on this unit. I rented this unit for over a week to be able to prepare for an exam. I ended up cutting my stay in half because it was so miserable staying there. I do not recommend.
