Located on the second floor of building 16 (sorry no elevator), you have a king bed in each room and a queen sofa with a gel mattress. Each bedroom and living room have brand new TV's.

The condo has a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. Just bring the food and spices.

I also supply games, a highchair and a pack and play if needed. (just bring sheets)

All soaps, bath towels, detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started.

One mile to the beach but located on the intercoastal waterway with a private community dock with grills.

Community has 2 pools and a hot tub and just steps away from the front door.

The condominium is close to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping in North Myrtle. Located right off of 17, the amazing condominium is just a 10 minute drive to Barefoot Landing for even more shopping, restaurants, breweries, and fireworks!

Don’t forget the expansive list of golf courses that are located within just a few short miles of the condo!

There is a ring doorbell outside front door. Owners are local for any issues.
No beach towels or beach chairs provided.

2 Parking Spaces and there is parking passes that must be visible. There will also be pool passes for the amount of guests that check in.

There will be a $50 per parking pass and $50 per pool pass that is lost/misplaced

Amazing condo - will definitely book next year

Amazing condo in the perfect location. Close to the beach and a short drive to activities! Condo was bigger than I thought it was going to be and very clean. Danielle even had an extra pack n play and high chair for my twins, which helped with packing! She was very quick to respond with any questions and made us feel so comfortable staying there. The Florida room was my favorite place to read a book and watch the birds while the kids napped. Don’t hesitate, book this gem!!!

Exceptional Condo

Danielle’s condo was absolutely beautiful! Very clean! Attentional to details such as providing toiletries, linens, kitchen supplies made our arrival so nice!

Great times!

This property was perfect stay for myself, my teenage daughter and niece. The condo was equipped with everything needed as well as some specific detail items we appreciated. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The enclosed patio was a sweet spot to the mornings and evenings where all the beautiful birds flock to the trees. The pool was well kept and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming to us. The owners were accommodating and so nice. I’d stay over and over again to this sweet spot that allowed us to make some great memories. Thank you Danielle and Matt!
