Welcome to our Brickhouse Bentonville retreat! The beautiful brick corridor entry leads into the spacious living room, equipped with a large sectional sofa and 50" smart TV w/ high speed internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and leads out to the large pet friendly (upon approval) patio with doggy door. The home is conveniently located just minutes from XNA Airport and the Walmart headquarters.
Come stay at our home and experience Bentonville living at its finest! *Please note that pets must be approved before your stay! We are animal lovers, but want to know more about your furry family member in advance so we know how to best accomodate future guests.

The price is fight

The house is very convenient to Walmart HQ and the airport. It’s a bit of a drive to Bentonville. It’s a nice, comfortable place, not fancy by any means. I really appreciated having our dog with us. That’s a big plus! The host was super responsive to messages, texts, and calls.

Bentonville

Property was fine. A few things were broken inside the house (master bath shower leaked and sprayed straight up in the air, ice maker made about 2 cubes a day). Outside gate was knocked down, so yard really wasn’t fenced in. Besides those couple things, it was good.

Just ok

There was a slight pet odor when we arrived. There were bed linens wadded up in the master closet. Trash was left in garage, several window blinds were broken and window blind in kitchen was missing. The toilet paper in the bathrooms was about half of a roll and no extra rolls provided.

Great place for our family and dogs

We were in Bentonville for a softball tournament that was cut short for the weather. The house was clean, well-stocked and ideal for the six of us and our 2 dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from the ball fields. We will keep this one in mind since our granddaughter’s team likes to play in Bentonville. Host was very quick to respond to our inquiries.

Very nice and comfortable

Stayed here for a concert at the AMP. Just a short 20 minute drive away. Very clean and comfortable, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Value

We arrived at night, the neighborhood was not as nice as we pictured it being, however it still felt safe and close enough to everything. When you walk inside, the house is clean and very comfortable. We brought our small blind dog with us, so having the back yard flat was nice and made it easy for him to go outside. The backyard is almost completely fenced in, it is however missing the gate, so if you let your dog back there be sure to note that. The Bedrooms were comfortable, overall for the price i believe it is a great value, and would strongly consider booking it again if we return to the area!

Great place to stay!!

We loved this house!! We came to rogers for a concert & were able to bring our dogs so we could spend the weekend exploring the area. This was a great dog-friendly house. Very clean & the bed was very comfortable!! The fenced in backyard was nice for the dogs to use. Highly recommend this house!!

Nice clean house.

The house itself was nice and clean, but first impression of overgrown yard and messy neighbors made us a little uneasy. When we walked inside we were pleasantly surprised. It just needs some outside curb appeal desperately.

Quiet, dog-friendly, cute space!

Overall we had a great stay! The house is cute and on a quiet street, about 15 minutes to all the Bentonville fun. There is a great fenced-in backyard if you're bringing kids or furry friends! The grass hadnt been mowed prior to our visit though so it was a little tall, and there was a wasp nest on the back porch. The house was stocked with the basic necessities and the owner was quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the overall cleanliness was lacking. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a dirty comforter in the closet, some dust bunnies and hairballs and an inordinate amount of flies for some reason. We would definitely stay again, just recommend following up with the cleaning/yard crew to ensure it is top notch between houseguests!

Comfortable

We realized while cleaning up to go that under the couch was dirty, but other than that the house and bedding was perfectly clean. Master bedroom bed is super comfortable!

One night stay

Never received check-in information until messaging the host after 9:00pm on check-in day. He was very fast to respond and apologetic. New furniture and flooring is nice. Only one bath towel between the two bathrooms, found the rest in the dryer. Floors dirty, especially under kitchen table and other furniture. Back door was unlocked upon arrival, and child’s Woody doll on back patio from previous renters. Dried food on table, cereal & debris under front of sofa, three mismatched dirty socks tucked in couch cushion. Very scratchy toilet paper. Home is lovely, plenty of space, but cleaning company is not keeping up appropriately. Hope this is resolved soon for future renters. Would stay again if cleaning is improved. Have photos of things mentioned if needed.
