Uptown Garden District Apartment on St Charles-2 bedroom/2 bath
Perfect uptown condo located on St Charles Ave. A streetcar stop outside the door and many restaurants and bars within a few blocks. Fresh Market grocery 2 blocks away as well as famous Magazine Street (restaurants/shopping) 5 blocks away. Close to everything!
This apartment is on the first floor with 2 bedrooms (queen beds) and 2 full baths. There is also a spacious patio out back to enjoy the sun. There is gated parking on premises in the back of the building. Note: it is a tight spot, but a small SUV fits with some maneuvering. Otherwise, there is ample street parking and 2 spots usually available directly in front of the building.
There is also a street car stop directly in front of the building to get you uptown to Audubon park or down to the quarter in no time. While you are in a city, the building is very quiet. A lovely oasis!
Location was perfect for accessing the streetcar. Safety was five star.
Unit is very nicely updated.
Supplies of paper products and kitchen very thoughtful.

Uptown New Orleans is so special. Still in the middle of the city, but quiet lined streets with beautiful homes. There are a lot of places to walk to get a bite to eat or a drink on St. Charles, but also a few blocks away on Magazine Street. There is also a street car stop right outside your door.
