There is a new Nordic Spa is walking or 2 min driving distance from the house. Barrie and Orillia are located within 20 minutes driving and offer a wide variety of dining and shopping options.

You can use main entrance to enter the house. The house also has side entrance to the completely separate small apartment where one lady lives and takes care of a grass.
Backyard is available with an entrance from the walk out basement. There is also sitting area on a front porch, and started from July the large deck will be available for enjoyment with an entrance from the living room.
