The Space:
Modern, bright, spacious townhome with two independent suites inside!
Suite 1 is a studio with a kitchenette and minifridge. It also has a front-facing porch. Suite 2 is a large 1-bedroom with a full size kitchen with all major appliances. It also has a larger bathroom with a private jacuzzi and back facing porch.

Guest Access:
Full access including all country club amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Former Carriage Hills Resort in the heart of Horseshoe Valley. 30 Acers of property to explore with 4 seasons of fun. Countless activities and attractions a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:
Washer and dryer are in the hallway and are shared between both suites.

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The rooms were very clean and spacious. It is located in a very nice, safe and quiet location. Grocery and restaurants near by. Will definitely go back again!

A must for longer-term stays at Horseshoe - we drove in daily. Affordable, clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family. Fantastic amenities like the well-equipped kitchen and beautiful outdoor pool made it the perfect getaway.

Stayed for a wedding, the joined suites were perfect for 4 adults and a child. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need to cook. Very clean and well kept.

Fun biking in Simcoe County T

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare all our meals except one where we chose to eat at a restaurant.the beds very comfortable as well and the ensuite bath was huge with a large jacuzzi style tub.we were very pleased with our stay.

Great area to stay close to horseshoe. Recreation Center was not available however owner allowed us other options for inconvenience. Some of the bathroom doors don’t lock but otherwise great stay
