All the local bars and restaurants were within 4-6 min from the house. Everyone was super friendly.

The property was clean and very open for what it was. The hot tub worked great and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Place

4 of us rented this house for just one night over our fall break so we could get away somewhere close but different. We live an hour away and the hot tub and fire pit were our main draw. They did not disappoint. We hot tubbed most of the night and then sat around the fire. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were wishing we could have stayed longer.

Great spot

We loved it here! Great location to everything we needed in the city. Small but quaint and enough room for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the amenities at the home during down time. Great communication with the owner and the house is adorable! We would highly recommend and return. Plus look into the other homes ran by the owner. Thanks!

Golf trip in Indy

I must say this is certainly on the top of the list of units we've stayed! It is exactly as shown. We enjoy being outdoors, so the hot tub & fire pit were a big hit. We even spent a lot of time on the front porch. The house has new appliances, TVs and shower (very nice). Would have used the grill if we were there longer. There are too many great restaurants we wanted to try. Convenient to everything we did, within 5 min. you can be in the middle of downtown, airport less than 20 min. Always able to park on the street right in front of the house. Everything was very clean. Kitchen well stocked Dennis was a pleasure to work with, very quick to respond. He provides a very detailed amount of information that was helpful. If we ever stay in the Indy area again, I know where we'll be staying! Dennis thanks so much for a Great Stay!! Paul

Convenient location with great amenities

The location of the property allows for short commutes to a lot of fun restaurants/bars and the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The hot tub and fire pit were easy to use and a great way to wind down at the end of the day. Host is very timely with answering any questions we had. We very much enjoyed our stay.
