Private Home - Walk To Beach - Games & Firepit - Family Friendly

Our bright, inviting, and recently updated home is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just steps to both the Inter-coastal Waterway and scenic walkover to the beach. You’ll be a short distance to all the local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, parks, and beaches (under 5 min drive). The house is also a quick drive (15 mins) to Southport where you’ll find more restaurants and shops as well as ferries to Bald Head Island and Fort Fisher. Come enjoy the beach at our home!

The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 7. Bedrooms and living spaces are all on one level of this ranch house. Home also features a secluded, fenced-in backyard. We have a travel crib available to families with young children.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom - queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. This room is also perfect for remote work as it boasts a desk, monitor and USB-C hub.

There's also a pack and play available in the house.

Living Room:

The living room has plenty of seating with two couches, a chair and comfortable ottoman. Enjoy the 50" smart TV. There's plenty side and coffee table space.

Kitchen and Dining:

The fully fitted kitchen has all the equipment you need to prepare meals. There's a stovetop and oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker.

Off the kitchen is a small dining area with a table and chairs.

Bathrooms:

The home has two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a toilet and shower and tub. This bathroom also has a washer and dryer tucked away in the closet.

The second bathroom has a toilet and standup shower is connected to the master bedroom.

Outdoor:

Off the side of the house is a small patio with a charcoal grill and chairs. The backyard boasts a fire pit, hammock, chairs and plenty of space for games and activities.

There's also a storage closet accessible from outside with plenty of outdoor games and beach gear that guests are free to use.


The home is located close the scenic walkover and a short walk or quick ride to the beach.
