Nightmare Vacation!

This was a complete disaster. The only thing that went smoothly was scheduling/booking and confirming. From that point on, your host completely dropped the ball. Took my money and never made the reservation with the resort. Then made it appear that he was doing all of this special accomodations to find me a place "last minute" in the resort. Yet he eas the one that dropped the ball. Making is sound like i needed to work directly with the resort. I needed to work directly with Vrbo, making it appear as if Vrbo or the resort made the mistake. However, it appears the host got the payment amd Vrbo confirmation to which i sent in all of my screenshots, confirmations, reciepta, pay-authentications, reservation ID# l, everything! But it was up to me while standing in an airport on the last leg of my trip to speak directly with the resort, and scramble last minute to find any other accomodations, the day-of, in Las Vegas Nevada. This was the most stressful trip of my entire life. Then when we found a 2-bedroom unit last minute (for only 2 nights), making it sound like it was up to me to try to extend it "in-person" when i got there, for the additional 3-nights (the original length of my stay 5-nights), thr host had the audacity to talk to me about how I owed more MONEY because the 2-bedroom, was more $ than the 1-bedroom that i oroginally reserved! Are you serious?! We're talking about the different rooms, and the price, when that was NOT MY FAULT! I made correct reserv
