This house sleeps 8-13 guests with the following set up:

- Upper level den area with futon and twin size bed (sleeps 2-3)
- Upper level bedroom with two queen size beds (sleeps 2-4) **window unit A/C included in this room**

Two hot water heaters ensure you and your friends/family won’t have to worry about running out of hot water!
