LIVING ROOM

The living room features plush couches for relaxing. The walls are adorned with black and white photographs of famous flappers and gangsters of the era. Guests can enjoy playing board games or cards at the coffee table, while sipping on a classic cocktail.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, while the decor pays homage to the prohibition era. There's a bar cart, vintage glassware and cocktail shakers, bar stools and a dining table. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or mixing drinks for happy hour, this kitchen is the heart of the home.


BEDROOMS

All FOUR bedrooms are spacious and luxurious, each featuring comfortable beds, premium linens, and unique decor. Guests can relax in their private rooms, or gather in the living room to socialize and unwind. This home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people with 1-2 extra guests to utilize the air mattress.

Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

This neighborhood is known for its unique, tree-lined streets, thriving cultural scene. Whether you're looking for delicious food, music, or shopping, you'll find it all nearby.

Some notable highlights of neighborhood include the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, which features an impressive collection of art from the world, and the Country Club Plaza, an outdoor shopping district with high-end stores. No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.

Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated.

This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.
