Ideal for 6 - 8 guests, it's the perfect place to start your Alaskan adventure, work remotely or simply enjoy family time.

Bright and modern townhouse with large windows has all the amenities and comforts of home, furnished with new furniture. The entertainment room features a 65inch Smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, foosball table, games and comfy seating to gather with your favorites. The main floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a large table with chairs that can be expanded further with a leaf, living room that includes a comfy sofa, lounge chair and a fireplace for extra coziness. You will have lots of space in the master suite with office area and own private balcony. Get ready in the morning in the luxurious bathroom including walk-in, two-person shower plus a jetted tub. Dirty clothing after a long day of Alaskan adventures? No problem just head in the laundry room on the second level. Enjoy a glass of wine or use the BBQ Grill on the balcony after a day of adventure in southcentral Alaska!

The entire home will be accessible to renters including garage. The garage space fits one vehicle. Bicycles are available for use, ask me for details.
