Unless another guest reserves a few nights prior, when including NY Eve we require a 5 night minimum stay. If not including NY EVE you would be welcome to a 2-4 night stay.
Resort requires a $115 security deposit on credit card upon check in.

A.beautiful 4 Diamond rated resort with a complete health spa/fitness room, tennis courts (one is the only indoor tennis court in Lake Tahoe), 2 racquetball courts, indoor/outdoor pools and Jacuzzis, The Hungry Bear restaurant and The Bear Cub Deli.

This is an upscale vacation ownership resort where we own multiple weekly intervals. Most of our inventory are in 2 bedroom condos for 6 with a lockoff feature so that we can split it into 2 separate condos: one bedroom for 4 with a K,QSB and full kitchen, and a hotel suite for 2 with a king bed and small efficiency kitchen area(mini refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave). The resort has an abundance of amenities including a deli & restaurant and is directly above Heavenly's Stagecoach Ski Lodge with its own private tram up and down to the Stagecoach quad chair.
This is a vacation ownership resort where we own weekly intervals. At times we may be able to acquire additional nights with a 2 night minimum stay. Availability can ONLY be determined within 15 days of arrival.
