***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves.The parking is very enforced so please register your car as soon as arriving at the property to avoid being towed. Ask your host for the QR code to register your Vehicle or scan in various places in the neighborhood.
** BBQ GRILL** Only Electric grill are allowed at the property, if you need to grill with charcoal please find the allowed areas in the resort.
**PET POLICY** Only small pets or under 40 pound dogs allowed $150 Pet fee- each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
