Suited our needs well

The property is quite large and well suited for large groups. We had a group of 9 who were in town for a wedding and the house gave us a great spot to land during the weekend. Very clean with very nice furniture, comfortable beds and lots of amenities.

Great reunion

We had a large group of 17 (11 adults, 6 kids) which all fit comfortably in the home. Beautiful views off back deck and plenty of space for the kids to run around. The kids also really enjoyed the game room. Great property.

Love this place!

We stayed at this house as we were attending a family reunion and it was absolutely perfect for our group from 14 years of age to 75! The house has absolutely everything you need. Vijay is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and wanting to make sure your stay is the best! The welcome note and bottle of wine were a very warm touch. We are already talking about booking again!

Lovely house in Tolland, great for family gathering

We reserved this delightful house for a family gathering, and it was everything we'd hoped for and more. Lots of space for everyone, and terrific for entertaining - there's a spacious deck, a gaming area upstairs, and an entire basement for recreation (pool, table tennis, air hockey, or just relaxing). The kitchen had everything we needed and was thoughtfully laid out and equipped. The host was helpful and responded almost immediately to the few questions I had. And, the neighborhood and surrounding area are quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. I highly recommend this house!

One word: Awesome!

This place is really amazing. Plenty of space for any size group & has everything you need, from fully stocked kitchen to board games, indoor games & outdoor ones, not to mention big hot tub & the big deck. We watched fireflies dancing in night while relaxing in the hot tub, heavenly!! Newly renovated property and everything looked new & clean. Vivek was attentive & responsive. Our group is already thinking to make this a yearly thing at Vivek's place.

Spectacular find

Had a fantastic stay here with our family for our daughter's UConn graduation! The house is spacious, with large bedrooms, kitchen, and living space. The huge deck provided a great place to hang at night under the stars. Every amenity we needed was provided - kitchen was well stocked, we just needed to bring the food & drink. Beds were all quite comfortable and there would've been space for more. Lots of fun & games included as well. It was a little too chilly to use it but there was even a fire pit in the yard. The owner's communication was great as well, and very responsive whenever needed. Located about 20 min from campus, this was the perfect place for our grad weekend!

My husband is engaged in contracting work, while I find fulfillment as an ER nurse. Together, we are blessed with three remarkable daughters. Our family is incredibly close-knit, cherishing our bond and our shared love for nature and quality time. Oh, and did I mention how competitive we are? Our home is filled to the brim with sports equipment, game tables, and board games, ensuring that there's never a dull moment. Owning this house has always been a cherished dream, and even though we currently reside in NYC, it has a unique way of bringing our family together.
