This includes the dock for fishing, several brand new Tiki huts to lounge under, and one of the largest elevated swimming pools that overlooks the Atlantic. Townhome is fully furnished will all brand new amenities. Living room has a couch with a sofa bed. Master bedroom has two queen beds with wide open ocean views from the private balcony!

We offer free bikes but a vehicle is recommended to explore everything Marathon has to offer. Also cabs are not that expensive.
Must be over 24 years old to rent. Valid ID required. There's one gate pass inside the condo. They cost $150.00 to replace. They are the responsibility of the guest. If lost they will be charged $150.00 to replace. We ask you take all garbage down to the dumpster marked OIFV before leaving. Anything you are not taking with you please put down in the dumpster. There's a $100.00 charge for garbage left behind.
