All bedrooms upstairs allow for first-floor living and entertaining.
Furnished & decorated to make our guests feel home away from home,backyard furniture & grill to enjoy the Lakeview.
Sunterra Community a 3.5-acre resort living. No parties, no vaping or smoking inside.

Our newly constructed lakefront home built in 2023. The house is furnished with all new and modern furniture to welcome you and your family to a lovely experience.
With 4 bedroom & 2.5 bath and an inviting backyard with dining furniture, grill, and a hammock.
Sunterra is a family oriented neighborhood with quiet family living, strictly no parties or events. No smoking or vaping allowed inside.
