Located within Perdido Key State Park, you'll be surrounded by a pristine coastal environment just steps away from the white sandy shores and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast. Take part in outdoor activities like swimming, fishing, and boating at Johnson Beach National Seashore or Big Lagoon State Park. After a full day of excitement, relax in comfort with stunning views of the Gulf right outside your door. On-site, you can also take advantage of the shared boat dock and community tennis/pickleball court.
The studio features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig single-serve coffee maker. The space also includes a smart TV, ceiling fans, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or step out onto the covered patio, complete with a hammock and lounge chairs, to take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf. There is also a gas grill available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
