Nice cozy place. Location was perfect for our Prescott visit, close to downtown and other things we wanted to do. Pleasant neighbors said Hi! Neighborhood felt safe.
Place was clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.
Yes, bathroom ceiling is not for tall people, but it worked for us.
We would stay again and probably will. It was a good value.

This was a really nice stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and roomy. I appreciated the separate entrance and easy parking. I have no complaints and would totally stay here again.
No more than 4 people at anytime!
No smoking in the house there will be a 500 fee charged.
No parties!
Check out is at 10 am 50 fee will be charged for first hour, then 20 an hour after.

Scabies.

I was not going to give a review..thinking it was just bugs..but i had to get a flipping prescription cream..for SCABIES?? I have been using VRBO for the past few months..and Prescott? Youre nasty. I dont know what you think is something youd stay in for a vacation..but these rentals? Youre UNCLEAN.. just bed bugs..NOPE

Thanksgiving getaway

We were comfortable, close to whiskey row. We are short small people so the bathroom was workable. The adventure with the javelina was great! The down fall was the Tennant walking past the window which we had cracked open and the made a comment about parking. We were missing some information about gaining entry but the host was johnny on the spot and walked us through.

It was a nice quaint room. Bathroom was really small and had to lean down to shower and use bathroom sink.

Better for short stays

We live on the road and spend longer times at the places we book, so different things may be important to us than to those only staying for a couple days. Our stay here was 14 days. Still I’ve included some details that may be important for some to know. The host, Manuel, was very nice and accommodating. Price was good, location was good. A nice dish drainer was provided and a New Wave burner for cooking. This was great since we cook most of our meals. The bed was comfortable (which is very important) and the unit was clean. An outdoor trash receptacle was available for accumulated cooking trash. The bathroom ceiling was very low. My partner could not stand up straight in it, especially in the shower. The bathroom mirror was hung so low that when you looked in you saw your chest. We are average height people at 5’7” and 5’11”. One towel was provided for 14 days for two people (fortunately we had our own towels). The towel rack was coming off the wall when we arrived. No washer and dryer here. The kitchen sink was very small (more like a bar sink) and set back from the edge of the counter about 8”. The faucet, on the other hand, was large so the stream fell half out of the sink. One could hardly run the water without spilling on the front edge of the sink. Fortunately it had a pull out wand so that could be used to wash dishes. The refrigerator opened to the wall so was hardly accessible without getting on your knees and reaching things that way.

Cute Studio, good location

Comfortable bed, great location. Shower has low clearance - would best fit someone shorter than 5’8”. Not much shelf space, but adequate for a short stay. Nice bonus areas outside. The hosts are great and quick to reply to communications. Would stay again.

Excellent communication with host. Room was perfect for what I needed as I was visiting for a softball tournament and great rates. Only complaint which is only because I’m 6’3 is the bathroom doorway and bathroom celling were a bit short but was not a big deal at all. Would definitely stay again.
