Welcome to your dream coastal getaway at Windansea Beach in La Jolla! This charming single-family home with one bedroom is perfect for unwinding and relaxing. You'll love spending time outdoors on our spacious, private patio deck, perfect for hosting and entertaining your loved ones. While this home occupies 1 floor, there are stairs to enter from the driveway into the home.
This home has partial A/C with mini-split wall unit located in the living room.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Windansea Beach is a close knit, quiet community that is only suitable for quieter groups.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
