The location was fabulous for walking to many places downtown and along the ocean. The Casita was clean, quiet and comfortable. Entry was seamless and communication was good. There's a lovely courtyard garden between the house and the Casita. Good lighting in the bathroom and nice towels. Parking can be challenging sometimes as it is on the street and there is no designated parking spot on property.

The charming casita was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The sounds of the fountain and little eating areas in tranquil garden were a bonus. Francesca was a delightful host with many helpful recommendations. This was the perfect choice for a romantic getaway and we hope to return before long!

The ADU was in a great central location in La Jolla. We were concerned about a large stain on the comforter that appeared to be poop that is why we rated less for cleanliness and value for money. I would like to be contacted about this matter as I can follow up with a photo. Thank you

Location was excellent! It was a busy time to visit, but we managed to find lots of lovely walks that were not crazy busy. Francesca was friendly and fun and full of great local tips. I'd love to go back in the Spring to see her stunning garden!
