Not far from anywhere, it's two miles from Downtown and close to the MLK stop along the Metro rail.

With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, our property is perfect for a group of friends or a family with older kids looking for a comfortable and private space to call their own.

Enjoy your own private deck and hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day exploring the city. The front yard features turf with seating and outdoor lights to create a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. Inside, you'll find smart TVs with self-checkout for easy entertainment, and Mexican tile throughout each kitchen for a touch of authentic Austin charm.

Our property features a main house with 2 beds and 1 bath and a guest house that remains empty for total guest privacy.

Guest Access:
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood was established in the 1940s. With development moving east in Austin this neighbored now sits in one of the most logistically appealing areas. 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to some of the best food in Austin, 5 minutes to downtown, 2 minutes to Mueller Park, and really 15 minutes to anywhere else in town, you're in a great spot to get to anywhere quickly.

Early Check-in or Late Checkout may be available upon request. Hot tub jets are not high power jets, they operate to maintain the state of the system. ie temp, chemicals, filtering, ect…

- For the safety of guests and the home, there are noise monitoring devices. These devices only measure the decibel level and do NOT record any audio.

Interaction with Guests:
Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.
