As other reviews have stated, this property definitely has some sketch vibes. Firstly, the pictures shown in the listing are not of the actual property. They must be from the model apartment on the property.
The owner's instructions included the directive to "please refrain from talking to anyone." Okay, that's odd. I believe the unit is not meant to be a sublet or used as a short-term rental, and the owner hopes to avoid being caught by visitors interacting with neighbors.
While we did not speak with any neighbors there, we did talk with the police officers. They were on the apartment property when we returned from our night out, canvassing the grounds for bullet casings following a call about an alleged shooting. We made a beeline to the apartment in case this was true and got out of the apartment as soon as we woke up the following morning.
