This beautifully designed vacation home boasts two large bedrooms with king beds, two bathrooms, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and a bright white interior with upscale finishes.
The modern kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The living and dining areas offer a comfortable place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the stunning water views. With large windows and sliding glass doors, the space is filled with natural light and the sound of the birds.
Step outside onto the large deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the bay. The deck faces the water, providing breathtaking views and the perfect backdrop for a romantic evening or a family gathering.
Both bedrooms are beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, while the second bedroom is conveniently located next to the second bathroom.
Parking is available under the house, providing shade and protection for your vehicle. Other amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a flat-screen TVs.
Cedar Key, FL is a small island community located on the Gulf of Mexico. Known for its abundant wildlife, fresh seafood, and relaxed atmosphere, Cedar Key is the perfect destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The house is a 5 minute drive to downtown which is filled with charming shops, local art galleries, and delicious seafood restaurants. Take a stroll down historic Second Street and you'll find everything from handmade jewelry to local pottery. If you're interested in learning more about the history of Cedar Key, the Cedar Key Historical Society Museum is just a short walk away.
For those who love the outdoors, Cedar Key is a paradise. The island is home to several nature preserves, including the Cedar Keys National Wildlife Refuge, which offers opportunities for hiking, birdwatching, and wildlife viewing. If you're interested in water activities, Cedar Key is the perfect place to kayak, fish, or take a boat tour. Our vacation home is just steps away from the water, so you can easily enjoy all of the outdoor activities Cedar Key has to offer and see lots of wildlife without even leaving the property.
The McCormick Management team is located here on the island and available to answer questions if you need us! All of our properties are equipped with smart locks so you no need to check in at the office, you can go directly to the house when you arrive.
Please note that this home isn't safe for children under the age of 10 and no pets are allowed.
If you are visiting the island to boat and/or fish we recommend you check out the NOAA charts. Cedar Key is surrounded by shallow waters and this can make boating/fishing during low and changing tides difficult or impossible depending on where you are and where you want to go. You can search NOAA chart 11408 online to check the water depth and search NOAA tide predictions at Cedar Key FL for tide information.

-Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.

- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
