REQUIREMENTS:
Longer-term stays fall under Texas tenant laws. We require all adult guests, upon booking and before move-in, to complete the following:

• All adult guests must provide IDs
• Application and background check: $55/adult
• Refundable Security deposit: $500 or the $5000 damage protection policy offered on VRBO
• Non-refundable move-out fee: +$75/pet
• Signed lease + pet addendum (see agreement for this property)
• Guests are required to get their own rental insurance (about $20/mo)
