Walk to cafes and sour dough bakery and the boardwalk wraps around the entire lake near the town gym and public tennis courts. Drive is a bit more comfortable 1 min to the Marina and Cocoa cafe with hand made chocolate from raw cocoa with the best espresso lattes on the island.
and walking to beach is 5-6 minutes only. Hiking, Fishing and Sailing and beach walks, bird watching are some of the many things you can do. This home is family friendly and great for couples wanting and organized space to relax and explore the island or just get things done. Satellite internet is quite good and is set up to work on the deck or anywhere in the house.
