The Space:
This light-filled, airy condo on Kauai's North shore was recently renovated and updated to provide you all the comforts you'll need on your Hawaiian vacation!

Master Bedroom - Located on the main floor, the master bedroom features a king sized bed, ceiling fan, full en suite bathroom and access to the lanai

Loft - Up the spiral staircase are two twin beds and a half bath

Kitchen - The recently renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a quartz countertop and is fully stocked including a coffee maker and Ninja blender.

Living & Dining Room - The kitchen opens to the living room and dining room, which has a dining table for 4, flatscreen smart TV, mountain views and lanai access. In the hallway closet you'll find an LG washer and dryer.

Lanai - Past the golf course across the street, enjoy mountain and waterfall views from the covered lanai with seating for 4

Location - Located in Princeville on Kauai's North shore, this condo is minutes away from some of Kauai's most beautiful beaches and scenic attractions including Queen's Bath, Turtle Cave and Hideaway Beach (1 mile away), Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, Kilauea Lighthouse and Secret Beach (10-15 minute drive). Walk to nearby Princeville Center for dining, shopping, groceries, coffee and ice cream.

Amenities - The condo complex has a communal pool, hot tub and BBQ area.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no A/C in the condo. The condo receives a pleasant breeze and nights are typically cool, however, Summer in Hawaii can be rather warm. The master bedroom and loft bedrooms both have powerful ceiling fans to keep you cool but there is no air conditioning.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo and private lanai as well as access to the communal pool, hot tub and BBQ area.

Parking permit for 1 car included

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.

Princeville, Kauai is an immaculate, picturesque oceanfront neighborhood featuring sunset views, hidden beaches, golf courses, a bike path, a shopping center and easy access to Kauai's most beautiful beaches and scenic attractions.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Kauai

Other Things to Note:
Quiet Hours - Quiet hours in the condo complex are from 9pm to 8am and are STRICTLY ENFORCED!

Road Noise - The condo faces a main road in Princeville. Although the road has a speed limit of 25 mph, has speed bumps and is not a thoroughfare, road noise may bother extra sensitive sleepers (we provide ear plugs just in case!)

Parking - There is one parking permit for the condo

No Air Conditioning - There is no A/C in the condo. Fans are provided in each bedroom

Security camera - There is an outdoor security camera at the entryway. There are no recording devices of any kind inside the condo
