Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the balcony with partial ocean views and experience all the local activities that make it a summer in Newport. The Newport Jazz Festival, Folk Fest, Gilded Age mansion tours, International Boat Show, are not to be missed! The Breakers Mansion, Cliff Walk, Tennis Hall of Fame, Thames Street, and Bowen's Wharf are a short car ride away and also walkable.

My husband and I are both from Rhode Island and are excited to share what makes the smallest state so special. We have both lived in other parts of the country and abroad, but there is nothing like the Ocean State. As surfers and skiers, having easy access to both sports is what makes this place home. Rhode Island's unique coastline, history, and "only in Rhode Island" eats (Del's Lemonade, Awful Awfuls, Coffee Milk, etc.) are all worth the visit!

We love being able to run with our surfboards to the local beaches, or grab our tennis rackets and snorkel gear when there isn't any swell on the horizon. This is where we go to unwind, connect with nature, and immerse ourselves in the Ocean State of mind.
