15 minutes from BYU and right en route to Hobble Creek Canyon this private basement apartment is convenient, clean and a great place to stay for your nights away from home. Apartment finished in 2023 and has a large master bedroom, 2nd bedroom with bunk beds, and 3rd room with a sectional, 75 in. TV w/ soundbar, and a sleeper bed that pulls out for some extra sleeping space.
The space
This 1200 square foot basement apartment is great for a quick get away! There is a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave and basic cook/serving ware. There is also a stacked washer and dryer. Private entrance and separate HVAC system/thermostat for your comfort. There are three bedrooms: a master with a queen bed, TV and desk, a second bedroom with two bunk beds, and a third room/bedroom with a 75in TV and large sleeper couch that can pull out for a queen-sized bed.
Guest access
You'll have a parking space in the driveway and access to the apartment around the side of the house. The apartment entrance is private.
Other things to note
The apartment HVAC system is heating only. The apartment stays cool during the summer since it is in the basement and since the upper floor has AC.
