This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom house is beautifully decorated and perfect for the whole family. Enjoy a huge backyard with plenty of room to play and relax in the sunshine. There is a BBQ, fruit trees, dining table for 6 and an outdoor living room. You will have fun playing some corn hole too. Plus, you'll love its convenient location in Glendale near the Cardinals Stadium – perfect for cheering on your favorite team! With lots of nearby restaurants, there's never a shortage of delicious dining options. Spend time with loved ones in this amazing home and make lasting memories that will last forever.
The bedrooms are all on the 2nd story with a lofted area with TV and super comfy queen sofa bed in the loft. The primary bedroom has a King bed, spacious bath and walk in closet and there are also 2 additional private bedrooms both with queen beds. This home is dog friendly, has a 2 car garage and indoor laundry room. The kitchen is updated and can accommodate everyone for a meal or for family game night.
The only thing missing is you!

WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.

Great Stay

Central location for a number of spring training ball parks.Quiet neighborhood. Walmart and great dining places a few blocks away.House is well furnished. Beds are comfortable. Communication with rental company was fine. No complaints. Would stay here again.

Glendale Stay

This house is beautiful, very clean with all the amenities needed. Nice yard to hang out and grill. The location is great, nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again. Loved it!

Nice spot

House was decorated nicely, comfortable, and located conveniently to retail and restaurants. Loved the backyard. Third bedroom’s bed was set too high (atop drawers) for us older citizens to use comfortably. A couple of minor mechanical problems were responded to immediately. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth.All in all, a very nice 4-week stay.

House was clean and nice. Communication went very well including check-in. Some maintenance items are required. Property management team was going to look into them right away.

Nice home and location

The layout of the house was perfect for two couples sharing the space. We appreciated the location to restaurants, local sights, and bicycle riding on the New River Trail.We had issues with the dishwasher, ice maker in the fridge, missing remote for upstairs tv, and a few smaller items. Elite Vacations responded quickly to these concerns and remedied them in sufficient time. Apparently, these issues had not previously been reported.The mattress in the 3rd bedroom was in poor condition. The bed in the second largest bedroom was a double bed; not a queen, as listed on VRBO.All Elite Vacation personnel were courteous, and did their best to remedy the situation. Communication was quick and effective, whether by phone or text.They did their best to make our stay enjoyable.

Clean but a little disappointed

The cleaning crew did a really good job preparing the house for our stay. Communication with the management company was very good! We were a little disappointed that there were some maintenance items that were in need of fixing. For example, the door to one of the bedrooms stuck and you had to really wrench it to get it open, thus waking housemates. Also, the hair dryer did not work in the bathroom outlet. The neighborhood was not quite what we'd expected, either.

Comfortable and convenient

The Myrtle house is a very nice property with stylish interior. It was a comfortable place to stay with all the amenities. We visited for Spring Training & enjoyed the proximity to multiple ballparks. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home!

We stayed in this lovely home when we traveled to Glendale to attend our son's graduation from GCU in April. The house was beautifully updated and very clean. Elite Vacation Rentals sent communications via text and email on a regular basis regarding the check-in and check-out process, inquiring on our second day if they could make our stay more comfortable. We were so busy I did not have time to respond! If I had the time to reply, I would have mentioned that there were no hand towels (only square washcloths) in the upstairs bathrooms, and no towels whatsoever in the bathroom on the main level. We remedied this easily by bringing down a washcloth from the upper level to dry our hands -- it was an odd oversight.Also, they advertise that this home sleeps 8. There were 3 beds and a pull out couch - 8 spots, technically. However, we could only find a spare set of sheets for the pull out, and no blanket for warmth or comfort. Again, just odd.In addition to this, the shower drains both ran very slowly and we found ourselves standing in 2-3 inches of accumulated water while showering. This was a minor inconvenience that we didn't have capacity to address during a busy week!The final disappointment was that the neighbors woke us all up every weekday morning at 4:30 a.m. when they revved up their diesel truck to go to work. While all this sounds terrible, the positives far outweighed the negatives. This was overall actually a very positive stay and we are grateful!

Family golf outing

Organized a small family golf outing for 8 of us. The reservation, communication,confirmation process was very easy and “user friendly”. Accommodations were spot on as advertised and house had nice grill and patio area. We golfed both days that we were in the area so we did not need other amenities such as pool, yard, etc, so for us this place was perfect. Nice neighborhood which is centrally located golf courses, grocery store and restaurants. Definitely would stay there again and highly recommend it to group similar to ours.
