This home has a bright open floor plan in a peaceful, quiet, 55 and older active, adult community of Sun City Festival. Full amenities include the stunning 27 hole, top rated, Copper Canyon Golf Course, The Indigo Grill, 2 large heated pools with hot tubs, large gym, tennis, pickleball, dog parks, walking trails, and much more! Spring training is close by. Phoenix offers the greatest golf tournament in professional golf at the Waste Management/Phoenix Open.

Complete kitchen, Wi-Fi, big screen internet TV, streaming with Firestick and Roku, extended 2 car garage with cabinets, 2 queen size beds. Master bath has 2 sinks. Large walk in closet, linen closet, washer and dryer, gas BBQ, Full access to whole house, front yard and backyard patio.

Monthly payment includes availability to all amenities of Del Webb community including 2 large pools, hot tubs, workout areas, pickleball, and many more. 2 to 29 night stay includes house amenities, but not the amenities of Del Webb Sun City Festival community. Ask owner about how to get those amenities even if you only plan a 2 to 29 night stay.

Great Rental

This place was perfect for me and my husband. I could visit my brother and sister-in-law who lived nearby and hike at the White Tank Regional Park. The place was reasonably priced and private. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Excellent Rental

This home was very clean and quiet. Absolutely perfect for a couple. Easy access to walking paths. Sam was a super host. We would definitely rent again.

Don’t pass this one up!!!

This is hands-down one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, had comfy comfy beds and is in a beautiful, quiet community. It has all the amenities you need and was so peaceful. The host is fantastic, responded very quickly & was more than welcoming and concerned about our comfort. We loved it here and would definitely love to stay again! Don’t pass this one up!!!
