** CONSTRUCTION NOTICE**

Construction is still ongoing in the Crowne View resort. Construction will not prevent access to the lodge or amenities. Please be aware there will be construction noise.

★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★
The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate.
We recommend downloading an "offline map" in your Maps program or app. It will let you navigate our lodge and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage.

To do this, it's easy:

1. Open the Maps app and log in.

2. Search for Indian Point, MO. Zoom in/out, so the map contains everything from Branson on the East to Kimberling City on the west. Don't be afraid to zoom out because it'll get everything in between.

3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., and select "Download Offline Map > Download."
On Android: Tap the name, select Download, and click Download

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Things to note:

1. There is 1 doorbell camera outside, pointed out for your safety
2. When using community dumpster, make sure the bags are tied tightly and the door is locked to keep animals away
3. Do not turn thermostat under 68 degrees to not lock the system. The upstairs area can get much warmer, turn on ceiling fans to better circulate the A/C throughout the home.
4. We do routine pest control around the property, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs
5. We provide a pack n play and booster chair but you need to bring your own sheets.
6. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please keep that in mind when playing music or hanging outside
7. Outdoor Pool is seasonal. Open May 25 to September 30 Indoor Pool available. Open March 7 to January 3
8. We have a Hot tub Maintenance Tech that comes every Friday sometime between 10AM to 4PM. If you are already checked in, you may see him knock on the door and have access to the tub in the lower level. There is no outdoor access.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

No shoes inside the house. No unauthorized guests outside of the reservation allowed.

This property requires a $250 security deposit hold. It will be collected separately by the property 2 days prior to check in.
Guests are required to sign Rental Agreement.

Hot Tub
Temperature should already be set, just press "jets" button to cycle through different modes and turn knob for intensity
Before using the hot tub, we kindly ask that you wash off to get off any lotions and oils to help maintain the tub's longevity. It is cleaned after every guest.
Replace cover after use to maintain the temperature. Do not take out chlorinator from Hot tub. Its there for your protection and everybody else.
