The space
The studio has a spacious balcony with access from the bedroom and the living room, a full bathroom and kitchen fully equipped for longer stays.

By staying in this apt you'll have access to the entire property, including the shared spaces in the condo, swimming pool with a swim lane, Gym, and kids playground area.
Other things to note
Tulum is one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico, as a result there are occasional power outages all over the town, the condo is developing part 2 of the complex which, as a result there may be construction noise during on weekdays & working hours.

The Cellular network of Tulum is usually saturated and poor quality. Make sure to plan ahead as internet access could be limited to Wi-Fi networks.

Aldea Savia is a new condo located in the Tumbenka Neighborhood, area is virgin but well-developed, very accessible with paved roads, Neighborhood is pretty calm and many families live in the complex, it is a relaxing space at Tulum, the nearest attractions are Gypsea Market, Holistika Wellness center, and La Veleta, Tulum's coziest neighborhood filled with bars and restaurants.
