Not Happy
The apartment was very clean has all the amenities mentioned.
I was not particularly happy because we were not told the elevator closest to the apartment on the ground floor had broken down before we booked , we were not also told the apartment does not have a designated car slot on the same floor where the apartment is located.
I chatted with the owner before booking that I don’t do stairs because of my knees so I believe these other fact should have been mentioned at that time .
My husband also hurt his knee on our way there.
So shopping, off loading and rushing to park the car on the 5th floor was a nightmare.
If you park on any other person’s slot the car will get towed .
so we had to limp all the way round to the other side to use the elevator to where the car is parked on the 5th floor .
When I asked the owner to talk to the office for an handicap pass she said she could not reach the office.
If the apartment has its own designated car park on same floor even with the elevator been out of service would have made our stay a lot pleasant and bearable .
