With nothing but a short drive from the local beaches (Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach a short distance), the famous Clearwater Aquarium and the great city of Tampa, it’s perfect! Not only that, just walking distance from the property are all types of restaurants, and grocery stores.

Whether it’s family that you’re visiting or family that you’re bringing, we’ve got what you need. Maybe you want to spend hours sun-bathing, or sleeping on a large king-sized bed. Or perhaps you prefer to use it by swimming in the brand-new heated pool or relaxing in the screened-in lanai. Also known as a florida room, enclosed porch, or garden room.

Enjoy the view of the private backyard and pool from the screened in Florida room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need! The main bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a comfortable memory foam king-sized bed and a private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has another king bed, with a workspace and personal mirror. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a twin bed and an extremely comfortable chair. We've also recently added another desk to the house and placed it in that room. The second bathroom has a tub and shower.

Cool off in the pool or relax around the fire pit. If you want to venture out of the peaceful walls, within a 5 mile radius are Mediterranean restaurants, Italian restaurants, Sushi places, Chinese restaurants, and many different fast food options. Or if you're feeling more like cooking a home meal: there's Publix and Walmart nearby.
