This accommodation is located about 10 minutes north of downtown Mendoza in an area that is in full real estate development, within a complex of brand new apartments.
It has very easy access to the airport, General San Martin Park and downtown.
Very comfortable, spacious and bright to enjoy your stay.

The property has a bedroom with queen size bed. Living room with a large and comfortable sofa bed that can be used as a single bed. Kitchen-dining room with integrated concept, fully equipped for 3 people.

The entrance to the property is through Pepe Mujica street.

Smoking is not allowed.
No parties are allowed.
It is not allowed to enter more people than those hired.
No disturbing noises are allowed before 9 am and after 11 pm.
The door to the Building must remain locked at all times.

We chose this area because it is very quiet, and very well connected and with beautiful mountain views.
With very good access and all roads renovated to facilitate transportation to the city, which is just a few minutes away by car.
There is a shopping center very close.
It has access to the beautiful cycle path, and to all the public transportation options that the city offers, such as buses, trains or bicycles.

Our apartment is very comfortable and warm, we set it up hoping that tourists can enjoy their stay here, with everything they need to enjoy food, a good wine from Mendoza and a pleasant rest. It is very accessible to nightlife centers and restaurant areas.
