This large one-bedroom apartment is in a beautiful and historic—circa 1854! —Vermont home turned triplex. Tucked privately on the lower level of the building, Stowe Gallery Apartment is newly updated and aptly named for the lovely nature-themed artwork that adorns the walls. A small patio entrance, equipped with BBQ Grill, and large, flat yard are great for relaxing outside. Inside, an efficient and nicely equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and the dining area has seating for six. The plush sectional in the adjacent living room invites you to kick back with a book or to watch a show. A new 55" HDR Smart ROKU TV provides plenty of entertainment. Thoughtful lighting, ample windows, and a neutral décor palette are found throughout. The comfy and quiet bedroom off the living room has a full bath with washer and dryer. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for a favorite guest or two. A window a/c unit keeps the apartment cool during warmer Vermont summer days.
