Welcome to Summit Ridge! This renovated Chalet in Summit Estates is just a 2 minute walk to Summit Ski Resort and a short little drive to the village. A perfect central location to experience everything Big Bear Lake has to offer.

This beautiful Cabin features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a massive game room, one side to plug in your electric vehicle and other for playing pool or video games. Enjoy summer bbq's on your beautiful 7,341 sq ft lot. while playing corn hole, relaxing in your spa!
Check In: Welcome to your A-Chalet property. Prior to arrival, please contact Sky High Cabins 2 hours before arrival; who will be your in person check in service. Their number is: (909) 366-0706 located at: 41933 Big Bear Blvd Big Bear Lake, California 92315. Pets: As a reminder, there is a $60 pet fee per dog (max 2). Please keep dogs off furniture and beds and in a crate if you leave the premises. Please leave dogs off furniture and beds at all times. In addition, leave the dog in the crate when leaving the premises. Always keep dogs close by and on leash at all times

Trash: 'All trash must be bagged up and taken offsite to the free trash site located at Clean Bear Site #1 at 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 or Clean Bear Site #2 at 39690 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.'There is a $65 fee per trash bag that is left behind.

Fireplace: We provide a complimentary bundle of wood per stay.

Thermostat: Set to desired temperature and back to 65° when check out

Kitchen Cleanup: Kitchen is to be cleaned after meals, inclusive of washing and putting away the dishes that you use during your stay to avoid additional cleaning fees.

BBQ: Please clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank after using the BBQ to avoid additional cleaning and propane refill charges of $100.

Spa: Please rinse off before using Spa (prevents oil and makeup build up).Turn spa up to desired temperature and back to 95 when finished. If water is murky, we will have to do a dump and fill which will be $175 extra charge. In addition, please make sure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly.

Snow Removal: Shovel and salt are provided per property. Please use it accordingly.
Plow services will come during or after 3” of snow.
