Welcome to a charming, spacious, EADO home. Happy to host up to 12 guests/people. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with a total of 7 beds and a couch.

Never been to Houston? Here for a conference? Golf round with the crew? This location is ideal for any sort of trip you’re planning and allows you to rest or work in comfortable air conditioning. Only a few minutes away from MidTown with easy access to the freeway!

The space
Entire home is available for your enjoyment. Large and open living room to enjoy with all of your guests or family. Upstairs rooms allow privacy for all, with plenty of bathrooms to utilize. Thoughtful touches to make you feel like a Houston local.

-Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, glass dishware (as well as plastic for any little ones). Plenty of dishes for larger groups. Dishwasher included for easy clean up.

-Large, fully furnished living room with a 4k Smart TV. There is a built-in Roku for access to all streaming services. Large and comfortable sectional sofa with lots of beautiful natural light that shines through the room.

-Premium high speed internet and dedicated workspace perfect for those that work remote or need to study.

-Full size washer and dryer available for guest use.
The private bedroom with the desk is perfect for privacy, while the other two rooms helps you maximize sleeping arrangements for all of your guests. Clean showers and bathtub in both full baths allow more options.

-Full walk in closet in the master bedroom. Full size master bathroom with double sinks. Body soap, shampoo and conditioner offered in both showers.

-Garage is also available so you can park your inside for additional peace of mind.

Downstairs Storage is securely locked for cleaners and private use.
Guest access
Everything on property except for 2 locked closets on the downstairs level. Please make sure that door closely tightly behind you when leaving the home.

EADO is a growing community with some new construction nearby that will eventually enhance your stay and offer more activities, but in the meantime, they are conscious of work hours and your beauty sleep.

Early Check-in and Late Check out may be available under certain circumstances and subject to an additional charge. You're more than welcome to request it based on your travel plans and we will do our best to accommodate but is not guaranteed.

No Pets. Subject to additional $330 fee if pet is not disclosed prior to trip

No smoking. If evidence of smoking in the home, subject to additional $500 cleaning fee for smoking.
