Nice house located in Downtown /Heights /North side Houston area. Walking distance to White Oak Music hall (1 min drive) 3 minutes drive/12 minutes walk to the Woodland Park at the height, 5 to 7 minutes drive to Downtown attractions and locations. This house has updated everything. Spacious Living room for a large group to gather , modern dining room with open custom kitchen. This house is with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bath and 1 half bath with a total of 7 Queen beds that will accommodate 14 sleeping capacity. If you are looking for a nice place to have a family /friends gathering or get together then this is the place to be at!

Fantastic getaway for an extended weekend

Stayed here for several days with a group of friends. We primarily were using it as home base to eat, sleep, and get ready for the events we were attending but also spent some time just kicking back and watching tv in the evenings. Everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend.

Bridal party stat

We got this place for our bridal party and family to stay for my wedding. Overall the place was clean; however, the towels provided smelled like they had been in the wash for a while and then dried. There were no hand soaps in any of the bathrooms, dish detergent for dishwasher, or trash bags. We ended up purchasing new towels, garbage bags, paper plates and forks etc. for the weekend.

BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING!!!

Beware!!!! We initially booked back in October based on the nice pictures posted and the description of the property only to arrive and find the total opposite. As a group of females we did not feel safe or comfortable staying in the neighborhood or at the house so we decided to leave after being there for only 5 minutes. I messaged the owner immediately that same day and never received a response which also lead me to contact Vrbo. I reached out to Vrbo again the next day and informed them I never heard back from the owner and they contacted him and had us talk on the phone so we could come to an agreement. While on the phone with the owner, I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded in my life. After expressing my concerns with him I was met with this dismissive attitude saying that our concerns, experience, and what we witnessed about the house and neighborhood was wrong and a LIE. He repeatedly said over and over again nobody else has had concerns with the house and that what I was saying was not true, even after having VIDEO and PHOTO proof. I have NEVER in my life been so offended by a host as he was rude and constantly tried to invalidate our concerns for safety. Even while the representative was on the phone listening, he was still very nasty and disgusting towards me and even started to raise his voice. After realizing we would not come to a civil resolution, I told Vrbo to escalate the case. All I can say is be careful!!!
