Pretty Inside - awful outside

They had all the right accommodations inside, but the outside of the house looked nearly abandoned. Grass should have been cut 3 weeks ago and weeds/ivy/vines grew all around the front porch and back yard fire pit. Also for anyone using your remote locks - they worked every other time at best. That technology needs to be more everyday ready.

Not what the pictures portrays

property was chosen to accommodate 5 people and it had a fenced in yard for our dogs. Not a 5 bedroom. what they called a 5th bedroom was just a finished attic area with a pull out sofa. the front yard was not cut and weeds everywhere. The backyard was a disaster and only inhabitable by rodents. Had weeds at least 4ft high, a box spring from a bed in those weeds, have pictures of this. Was difficult for the dogs to use the back yard, tramped down the weeds in an area so they could use it. Someone came to cut the grass (jungle) Friday and said they didn't have the equipment to do that mess and they left. electrical box to air conditioning outside was a fire hazard, no cover. one of the bedrooms had those little ants all over the room and bed so that room was not usable. The house is too big for the small air conditioning unit and doesn't cool the upstairs where all the bedrooms are. No trash cans outside to put the garbage bags in, had to keep in kitchen. I think I deserve a refund or at least a big portion of a refund for staying there in those conditions. would not recommend this to anyone.
