Come and enjoy "Our Happy Place" in a beautiful 30 x 64 ft floating cabin with 12 x 30 ft. front porch and 6 ft. back porch with 3 ft. walkway on each side. Attached is a deck that is 8 x 30 ft. with slide and full size picnic table.

The floating cabin is located on Norris Lake near New Tazewell, Tn. in the harbor of the Straight Creek Marina.

You can access the property with your own boat, or rent one from the marina.

People of all ages can enjoy boating, fishing and swimming.

You can fish off the front porch!

Lots of room to hang out, sleep, shower, and cook!

This floating home features 3 queen beds, 4 twin bunk beds, 1 full and 1 half bath.

Home is equipped with all the amenities you would desire in a home with washer and dryer, as well.

All day water fun with 4 kayaks, slide and floating water pad.

Sleeps 10 people with an open living room, dining room and kitchen.

Full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove and a Keurig coffee maker.

TV in living room and in 3 of the 4 bedrooms.

Wireless internet is provided for your convenience.

Home offers 4 kayaks, float pad and slide, for wonderful family times on the water!

Absolutely best floating house in the area!

Our Happy Place

Very nice house with all accommodations needed and more. Very ample dock for lounging and multiple boat mooring Inside space very nice and cool. Four kayaks and all the floats you need. Good location in marina and caught lots of nice fish off the front porch. Contact with owner was enjoyable and response almost immediate when called hope to be back ine the fall

Your hosts Jack and Dwyna are from Kentucky but moved to Tennessee about 7 years ago. We have been coming to a floating cabin on Norris Lake for 30 years or more. We have spent a lot of time with friends and family swimming, fishing, and boating on the water here. We have retired to this area but have a lot of things to do on our bucket list, so we are sharing our home with you.
