Dirty comforters and no gas tanks
The house was nice ! But the smell when you arrived was almost like bad food. There is a car parked in the driveway that belongs to the host. When I arrived there were handprints on the walls and a few light switches . I had to wash two of the comforters in two of the rooms . One had a body print and the other had multiple stains. Also In the kitchen, one of the curtains is completely food stained ,the lazy Susan is broken and so is the pod holder in the dishwasher. We tired to have a fire and the first and ONLY tank on the property ran for about 10 minutes and went out and the grill didn’t have a tank at all. The host then told me to go and fill it and he would reimburse me which would’ve been a huge inconvenience, seeing as how the house advertises a fire pit and gas grill. Also my grandfather change the outdoor light because it wasn’t working. Over all the house was updated but due to the fact that it wasn’t cleaned properly and that we couldn’t even use the fire pit in the outdoor area I am just super disappointed and will not be staying here again. Also when I brought all of these concerns to the host he offered to do nothing for me and has not offered me any kind of compensation and neither has Vrbo .
