Don't rent this rental.
The unit was filthy upon arrival on 4/1/2024. I reached out to the host multiple times with no response.
I could not stay there due to my recovery from a lung transplant and had to seek other housing because it’s essential to have a clean and safe environment, especially during my recovery from my lung transplant.
The host never had anyone to clean or maintain the unit during the whole time I should have been staying in this unit. the conditions were the same on 4/1 and 4/6 when I was able to stop by.
It is obvious that your host had no intention of honoring my reservation from the beginning.
As you know, from our past conversations is that I’m a Veteran who has just had a heart transplant and was unable to stay there because the unit was dirty, had not been cleaned, and the air quality was poor.
I’m simply requesting Vrbo to refund my reservation (ID: HA-J19JGB) in full since your host did not provide a clean, healthy, and safe environment for me.
Also, I've placed several calls and emails to Vrbo with no resolution.
