Welcome to my fun and spacious home, where excitement and relaxation collide! Step inside and be greeted by an expanse of open-concept living, designed to accommodate your every need. From soaking away your cares and creating unforgettable moments in our inviting hot tub to enjoying the many other amenities, our home offers endless opportunities for fun and laughter. So get ready for an unforgettable escape to this pleasant retreat of spaciousness, entertainment, and relaxation!

PLAYGROUND & HOT TUB
- By booking this property guests agree to sign a release of liability waiver upon check-in prior to using the hot tub and/or allowing their children to use the playground amenities.

Please Note: Host/owner lives onsite in the basement apartment (separate entrance & living space). There is NO shared living space between guests and the owner.

Spacious comfortable home

Sean, the owner, was extremely nice and helpful. Communicated very well and is very thoughtful. The home has comfortable seating in all the different areas. Home is located in a quiet lovely neighborhood.

Lovely Clean home

Lovely home, very comfortable, lots of fun things for the kids in the back yard. Owner was very responsive. We were originally sceptically about the parking and owner living inside but there was plenty of parking along the street and the host was in a completely separated basement.

Wonderful stay in Castle Rock

Sean was a most gracious host. The home is beautiful and spacious. The little ones in our family had a blast on the peewee zip line, playset, and trampoline. The home was within a short drive all of the Brewhouse’s and the venue for our daughter’s wedding. I highly recommend.

Castle Rock Family Vaca

Stayed at Sean’s property for 5 day. The house was large and accommodating with a pack and play, high chair, multiple rooms and beds. My kid loved the trampoline and the swing set. Sean had wonderful communication and responded quickly to messages. We enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

Amazing home in a great quiet location! Kids 8-19 all had something fun to do at the property (zip line, hot tub, projector tv, etc.) Wife loved the sunken tub. 15 minutes to Denver.

Great time

Sean was absolutely wonderful, the house was amazing, we had a fantastic time! Location was great! The kids had a great time in the hot tub and playing on the playground and trampoline. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful spotless home with every amenity. Our host, Sean was extremely helpful and answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. We had some family members with children visit and they absolutely loved the yard especially the zipline. I totally recommend this home!

Wedding weekend

This property fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of things for the kids and good space for the adults too. Appreciated the ironing board that was later provided.

Relaxing retreat!! Made wonderful family memories!! Beautiful place! Comfy beds!

We had the best time! My wife and I reserved this and met my parents there to celebrate my mom’s birthday! It didn’t disappoint!!! I can’t remember the last time we all got to relax and enjoy each others company like that. There was plenty to do together while also having more than enough space. We made a nice dinner, used the big grill, ate on the patio and relaxed in the hot tub. Then the next day we went for a walk on the trail and through the neighborhood and watched a movie in the home theater. There were big curtains so we could use it during the daylight and have a lazy Sunday afternoon. None of us were ready for it to be over. We will definitely have to do this again! Can’t say enough good about the place! The host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!
